The parents of the child will have an interview which enables the school listen to and understand the expectations of the parents from both the school and the child. If this interview ends successfully, the parents are then required to pay a registration fee. The registration package includes the following, Enrollment Agreement Medical Form Parent commitment form preschool intake form ( where applicable) Child's ID card or pickup permit consent forms ALL THESE FORMS MUST BE FILLED AND RETURNED WITH EVIDENCE OF COMPLETE [AYMENT OF PRESENT TERM SCHOOL FEES BEFORE SPACE IS GIVEN TO THE
